LifeAR (the “App”) is made available by DGApps. You, DGApps’ Client and/or the User of the App, confirm your acceptance of these App Terms and Conditions of use (“App Terms”). If you do not agree to these App Terms & Conditions, you must immediately uninstall the App and discontinue its use.
App Terms are subject to change. DGApps reserves the right to change App Terms at own discretion. All changes are effective immediately once posted on http://dgapps.ca .
If any provision (or part of a provision) of these App Terms is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent.
User – individual(s) using the App (see: 5.Use of the App)
Client – individual(s) registered with LifeAR for providing and managing content and targets for the App. Clients assume full responsibility for all content and target related issues.
Target(s) is(are) provided by Clients. Target is a static image used for recognition by third-party cloud service and acceptable by their terms and conditions of use. DGApps will not take responsibility or accept liability for any target related issues.
Content is provided by Clients. Content intended for presentation on LifeAR gets stored on third-party cloud storage and requires strong internet connection to be viewed using the App.
DGApps will not take responsibility or accept liability for any content related issues.
The App is the tool to scan Target to display Content provided by Client.
The App allows Users to store/remove content to/from their devices.
Regardless of content location, the App requires internet connection for Target recognition.
Depending on the version of the Application you have downloaded, these App Terms incorporate Apple’s or Google Android’s terms and conditions and privacy policies (“Platform Terms”). If there is any conflict between these App Terms and the Platform Terms then these App Terms will prevail.
DGApps may from time to time vary these App Terms. Please check these App Terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any variations. If you continue to use this App, you are deemed to have accepted such variations. If you do not agree to such variations, you should not use the App.
All In-App purchases are processed via “Stripe”, third-party online payment processing system for internet businesses (https://stripe.com/en-CA/). The use of the third-party payment system on the App is done at your own discretion and risk and with agreement that you will be solely responsible for any results from such activity.
DGApps will not take responsibility or accept liability for any issues related to using “Stripe” services.
DGApps hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App on an Apple or Android Platform (“Device”) as permitted by the applicable Platform Terms and in accordance with these App Terms. All other rights in the App are reserved by DGApps. In the event of breach of these App Terms, DGApps will be entitled to terminate the violator’s service immediately.
You acknowledge that your agreement with your mobile network provider (“Mobile Provider”) will apply to your use of the App. You acknowledge that you may be charged by the Mobile Provider for data services while using the App or any such third-party charges as may arise, and you accept responsibility for such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the Device being used to access the App, you will be assumed to have received permission from the bill payer for using the App.
You acknowledge that where you use services provided by Apple or Google (or any other third parties) in connection with your use of the App, you will be subject to Apple’s, Google’s (or the applicable third party’s) terms and conditions and privacy policy and you should ensure that you have read such terms.
You acknowledge your full responsibility to keep your devices and access to the information stored in the App secure. In the event your device’s security is compromised, DGApps will not assume any responsibility for any potential loss or misfunction.
You acknowledge full responsibility for the way and the purpose of your use of the app, as well as the content you display/present using the App.

You acknowledge your responsibility to install all updates for the App released by DGApps and accept that DGApps takes no obligation to update the App so it is relevant to your specific needs.
You accept that service provided to you by DGApps relies on third party service providers. DGApps will not take responsibility or accept liability for any loss of the App’s functionality due to outages of service by these third-party provers.
DGApps reserves the right to terminate LifeAR service at any time.
Users are not allowed to copy or modify the app or any part of it in any way. Trademarks rights, database rights, copyright, trade-marks and all intellectual property rights related to the App are reserved to DGApps exclusively. You are not allowed to extract source code of the app, translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions.
LifeAR name and logo, the app, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the App are reserved to DGApps exclusively. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the App are the trademarks of their respective owners (collectively “Third Party Trademarks”).
You agree not to use the App in any way that:
Access to the App and use of the services offered by DGApps is subject to this Privacy Policy. Without limitation, you undertake not to attempt to compromise the security of the App, including but not limited to accessing data not intended for you, accessing a server or account you are not expressly authorized to access, or probe network security.
As part of the normal operation of services, DGApps may collect, use and, in some cases, disclose information about you to third parties. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy states how DGApps (“we”) collects, uses, communicates and discloses and makes use of your personal information when you use the App:
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained. Notwithstanding, in the event your device’s security is compromised, DGApps will not assume any responsibility for any potential loss, misfunction or consequences of confidentiality breach.
DGApps reseves the right to rely on third-party service providers to enhance the App’s functionality and services.
You agree to indemnify LifeAR for any breach of these App Terms. DGApps reserves the right to control the defense and settlement of any third party claim for which you indemnify DGApps under these App Terms and you will assist in exercising such rights.
DGApps provides the App on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without any promises or representations, expressed or implied. In particular, DGApps does not warrant or make any representation regarding the validity, accuracy, reliability or availability of the App or its content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DGApps hereby excludes all promises, whether expressed or implied, including any promises that the App is fit for purpose, of satisfactory quality, non-infringing, is free of defects, is able to operate on an uninterrupted basis, that the use of the App by you is in compliance with laws or that any information that you transmit in connection with this App will be successfully, accurately or securely transmitted.
In no event shall DGApps be liable to you with respect to use of the App and/or be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, lost profits, or loss, theft or corruption of your information, the inability to use the App, device failure or malfunction.
DGApps shall not be liable even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages, including without limitation damages caused by error, omission, interruption, failure of performance, unauthorized use, computer virus, or other harm.
